How can I find out the characteristics of the products?

When will the product be given to the courier services?
Your order will be given to the courier within 5 working days . This period can be extended up to 7 working days during periods of high order volume.Thus, we kindly ask you to consider the shipping time during periods of shopping (New Year, Mother's Day, etc.).
Why are there price differences between physical shops and online shop?
Sometimes we organize different discount campaigns for our online shop and physical stores. For this reason, there may be a difference between the price you see for the same product in the online store and the price you see on the label in our physical stores.

How do I order online?

Why can't I get a confirmation from my credit/debit card?

When do I receive the invoice for my order?
The e-archive invoice of your orders is prepared on the same working day or the following business day and sent to the e-mail address of your membership electronically. You will receive together with the products and the approval for the order.
Can I order from abroad?
English Home does not provide shipment services to abroad.
Can I combine the orders I made separately?
Unfortunately, we do not combine orders. Deliveries will be sent separately.
Can I change, add or remove an item from a created order?
We cannot make changes to an approved order. You can cancel the order and create a new one based on the desired products.

How many days will my order arrive?
Your orders are prepared within 5 working days from the date you place an order and delivered to the cargo. Cargo delivery time may vary depending on your delivery address. Delivery is not made by cargo companies on public holidays.
How can I track my order?
After your order is delivered to the cargo company, your cargo tracking information will be sent to you via SMS and e-mail. If this information did not reach you, you can access the "ORDERS" page from your member icon and access your cargo information from the order details.
The products in my order have arrived defective. What can I do?

Contact us " form. If the product is available in our stocks, we have the possibility to resend the same product to you. If the product is not in our stock, we will refund the value of the product. When returning the defective product, please return it unused, with the original box and filling in the return form supplied with your order.
My order is missing / wrong. How can I proceed?

What are the conditions for returning an order?
Please fill the return for that was sent to you with your order. It must contain a personal bank account of the customer,. The goods must be in good commercial condition, original packaging, with original labels, accompanied by the original documents issued by English Home SRL.
I returned my order, when the amount of the products will be refunded to my account?
EnglishHome SRL refunds the amount to the customer within 7 working days from the date on which the customer has exercised his right to return the goods.
I can't see the refund. When will the refund process to my bank account?
English Home SRL refunds the amount paid to the client within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned products. You can also contact your bank's call center regarding the problem.
Can I reactivate an order that I canceled?
You cannot activate an order that you have canceled. You can create a new order with the same contents from our online store.
